ADVERTISEMENT NOTIFICATION
Application on plain papers along with self-attested copies of documents are invited
from the eligible candidates for engagement purely on contract basis on consolidated
wages in the Directorate of RMSA and at district level as per the following
breakup.
I-State Level

1. System Analyst Consolidated@14100.  No of post = 1 BE Computers/MCA/MSCIT
with a relevant experience of fiveyears or more
2, Programmer Consolidated @ 14100 No of post = 2 MCA or equivalent
3. Assistant Programmer Consolidated@13500 posts = 4 MCA/BCA or equivalent
4. Data Entry Operator Consolidated@7100 posts = 7 DCA/Equivalent
5. Photostat/Machine Operator Consolidated@5740 posts =1 Matric
6, Orderlies Consolidated@5740posts= 8 Matric
7. Chowkidar Consolidated@5740 posts = 2 Matric II-District Level

1 Assistant Programmer Consolidated@ 13500 posts = 22 MCA/BCA or equivalent
2. Data Entry Operator Consolidated@7100 (@1per district) posts= 22 DCA/Equivalent
The date of written test/type test/Interview shall be notified separately in the local newspapers.
The eligible candidates at the state level must submit their application by or before 5th of July
2014 in the office of State Project Director, RMSA, 110-Wazir Bagh, Lal Mandi, Srinagar and in
respective Chief Education Offices for district level posts.

Conditions :
1. The Engagement shall be purely on contract basis and terminable in case of non performance
without any notice.
2. The candidate shall fulfill all eligibility criteria mentioned for the post.
3. The candidate should be permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir State.
4. The selected candidates shall have to file an affidavit undertaking duly attested by (Sub
Registrar Judicial) to effect that they will not claim any entitlement for permanent absorption in
Government service on termination of their service or at the closure of the project and that
he/she is ready to serve in any part of the state.
5. The application should be accompanied by qualification certificates including marks cards
permanent resident certificate, Date of Birth certificates, experience certificate and other related
documents duly (Self-Attested)
6. The application should be attached with one self addressed envelope affixed with postal
stamp of Rs 5/-.
7. The applicants have to appear in written test/type test/viva.
8. Cut off date for calculating age as per Government rules.
